• All custom orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.
• Customers must provide accurate details for customization. We are not responsible for errors in the provided text or design.
• Slight color variations may occur due to printing processes and screen differences.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within the specified timeframe mentioned at checkout.
• Delivery times may vary due to location and courier delays beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Custom-printed envelopes cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
• Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
• If eligible, a replacement or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• All custom designs created by us remain our property and may be used for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise.
• Customers must have the rights to any logos, artwork, or text they provide for customization.

6. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is collected solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.
• We may use customer images for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise.
