• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

• We currently offer Standard Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of up to 10 days.

• Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

• Name Cards is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photos so we can assist you.
